I found this olive oil to be quite good. Since I don’t usually “taste” olive oil when I use it to cook or mixed with food, I took a sip of it and found that it was very light with a mild olive oil flavor.

It would work really well in salad dressings, dips, and marinades, where you don’t want the flavor of the olive oil to overpower the other ingredients.

There are obviously myriad ways to use Terra Delyssa olive oil — as many ways you can think of to use olive oil! Here are some of the ways I’ve used this extra-virgin olive oil in my cooking.

Sheet Pan Dinner

I personally use an avocado cooking spray to coat the pan and the ingredients of my sheet pan dinners, but I could easily see using the Terra Delyssa olive oil in a spray bottle instead of avocado oil spray.

Pasta

I drizzled some of this olive oil over a bowl of Costco five-cheese tortelloni, pesto, arugula, and burrata. Again, the flavor of the olive oil didn’t compete with the other flavors in this dish. It was nice and light and coated the arugula nicely.

Chicken, Fish, Pork & Beef

I’ve used Terra Delyssa to coat all types of raw protein before seasoning it, including chicken, shrimp, pork loins, and steak.
